Hon. William Jabi Ngalamu
Honorable William Jabi Ngalamu, a member of the Leadership of the National Dialogue of South Sudan, is a distinguished Politician, Lecturer and University Administrator. As an administrator, his experience remark includes; a field officer with Repatriation and Rehabilitation Commission; a Chief Administrator for Christian Outreach in Khartoum, Sudan; Deputy Secretary General (served two 4-year-terms) for Anglophone countries in Africa at the Society for Promotion of Adult Literacy work in Africa (AFROLIT); currently, He is the Dean of Studies at Bishop Ngalamu Theological College, in Mundri. As a Lecturer, Hon. Ngalamu lectured Technical Communication and Public Relations in Sudan University of Science and Technology as well as in Nile Theological College, both in Khartoum.
As a politician, Hon. Ngalamu is a founding member of National Democratic Alliance Party (2015) and became its first Secretary General. He joined the United Democratic Front (UDF) Party in 1998, and was appointed the Party’s National Treasurer. He served as a Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Public Utilities in the former Western Equatoria State. He is a member of the Leadership of the National Dialogue representing the National Alliance, a signatory to the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (R-ARCSS) 2018.
Hon. Ngalamu holds a BSc. Degree in Business Administration. MBA (Academic) and MBA (Membership) degrees from the International Management Centre, Buckingham, United Kingdom. Before that He studied Journalism at the Africa Literature Centre, Kitwe – Zambia, and Book Publishing at Oxford Polytechnic in Oxford, UK (Diploma Certificate). He also spent one year at Daystar University, Nairobi – Kenya, studying Cross Cultural Communication.
